Aussie Wedding

Saturday, the 5th of December 2009.

My sisters and I walked up a hill in the Australian botanical Garden the place of the wedding. Peggn Cher Cher and Hau Wei ko ko were having Garden wedding.

Chrisa was the bubble girl and Cher Cher and i were dancing for the wedding. People was everywhere getting ready for the bride to arrive. Three of us stood eating purple iced cookies watching people running here and there. It was a very hot afternoon!

Soon the bridal party arrived all in purple.Mum helped chrisa to them and when everyone was seated the music started. Chrisa walked down aisle the blowing bubbles in the air. Followed by the three brides maids and the maid of honour. Then finally the bride herself, in a white dress with sparkly beads and a smile.

Soon the bride and groom exchanged rinds and Cher Cher and i danced a short dance. Then the wedding was over.People took photos with them. And until everyone did it was time to go to dinner.

"Ahhhhhhhh....I' starving!!" =)

Bridal Shower

Peggen Cher Cher's Bridal Shower in Hui Li Cher Cher's House was a feast! There was a long table filled with platters of food. There was spinach puffs, egg sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, chocolate cake, cheese cake, and mini pizzas. Cream puffs, Carrots and dip, Chocolate Mousse for desert. i probaly forgot something but anyway there was a lot of food! After everyone ate, all of us went outside and grouped up in fours,...then one person would be dressed up in tissue paper as a bride then Peggen Cher Cher would choose the winner of the tissue paper "brides"

We did some dancing and enjoyed ourselves.....time to go shopping for chrisa's purple flowers. and that was the end of the bridal shower.

What a nice sur-price

Shopping at DFO for cotton on kids tank tops.

We entered the shop hoping or good prices just like the last time we came. We looked around the shop, flipping through the racks of clothes. Soon I found a light pink tank top at the price of $2.50. Great! Thinking, even though we got the tank tops two years ago at $2, it was only 50 cents difference.

( Now, here's the awesome part...=) )

After mum paid for the items, she looked at the receipt...then only we realized that my tank top was only $1.25!! When we went home, we were talking about the sale on my tank top. Mum said that my tank top was actually $9.95. Then it went on sale for $7.95. Then $5.00 to $2.50, now $1.25.....wow! God really answers my prayers of cheap cotton on clothes....=)

Chinese & German

Cher Cher & I were going to Esther's school excursion. we were riding the train to the city. then going to China town. The excursion was at the Chinese museum.

After the train ride we walked to the entrance of the Chinese museum. There were some big rocks there. We sat down for our morning tea. Some stood in groups, some students sat on rocks and short brick walls about 1 and a 1/2 feet tall. the students took out apples, sandwiches, chips, cookies out of their bag to eat.

Soon, the teacher called morning tea over. we walked in the museum and met our guide for the day. she took us to the basement where she told us all about the Chinese, being poor, came to Australia to be gold miners. she told us about traveling there. we could even walk in a fake boat where then it would shake a bit like it was actually floating on water.

Then we went up the next floor, learning about the culture.
we walked round the museum learning about foot binding & gods they worship.
we learned about dragon parades and lion dances. soon it was time for lunch.

Everyone lined up in two lines to walk to the German restaurant.
At the German restaurant, we ate chicken schnitzel. it was Delicious....it came with mash potatoes and so i stuffed it with the mash potatoes. it tasted good too.

Our desert was apple strudel. The ice cream was also yummy. a bit of black forest cake was nice. i enjoyed the day.

Sofia's Pizza Dinner

Dinner was awesome. Pizza and pasta is always great for dinner any way...Ham,cheese,egg, on the pizza with chili flakes. pasta with cabonara sauce. yum yum. Eating hot pizza and pasta on a cool spring night was so good. When we came home from dinner, every body watched
"G- FORCE". It's really funny and i went to sleep with funny thoughts...=)

A walk in the Spring

"wish-Buds" we called them. As we walked to get lunch, we would stop often to blow the "wish-buds" and see it float in the air swiftly away. Lunch was Fish & Chips. Dad got a family pack of 4 fish flakes, potato cakes, dim sums & Chips. It was delicious!!

Day Number 1 in Australia

Traveling to Australia from Penang was really long...but now i am having breakfast in Australia. And breakfast was nice. I had "Vita-Wheat" grain snack-Cheddar and chives. Yum. And i also had a few rice crakers with salt & milo. Going to Australia again brought back lots of memories. Even walking to the park. Just this time,...It's a walk in the spring. =)

Australia Here We Come!!

Eight hours to Australia. Reaching at midnight. Today was going to be a day i traveled almost the whole day...I just can't wait till i get to Australia & all I'm going to do there...=)

Lunch At LCCT Starbucks

Yum Yum. Beef stroganoff pie. I sat in the LCCT starbucks with my two sisters eating lunch. I sipped hot chocolate that was in the centre of the table. It was hot and thick, i loved it that way! My elder sister, Ashlynn sat across me with a Cajan Chicken Dome. A pastry filled with spicy chicken. A Cinnamon roll, sweet and topped with cinnamon powder...(Duh!) sat in front of Chrisa my sis year old sister.

I lifted my fork and knife and plugged into the beef stroganoff. "Nice" I said, poking some more onto my fork. I gave Chrisa & some of my mushrooms. They liked it. I finished up my stroganoff. "That was Good"...Thinking, i sipped more hot chocolate.

Origami

Origami...Today, I made a whole family of white origami whales. The origami whales were easy to make and also to remember. I liked making the family of origami whales alot and didn't waste a bit of paper...and that's because i kept making the whales so the whales became smaller until they were about only one cm long.

The Papa and Mama whales were about twenty-two cm.
The Kids were eight and a half cm.
The baby whales were three and a half cm.
And the last of all, the really, really, really tiny infant was only about one cm.

That's really puny!!!! =)

So now i have a big happy family of white whales....Well,at least i drew them with smiley faces!! =) hee hee.

A Tour Of Town

On Saturday, 24th October, mum took us to town.
We were actually looking for toys for church. It was very hot and sticky.
As mum drove us to town, she told us some of the road names.

We walked through the market and saw a man pouring fresh nutmeg into a tub.
Mum took us through the market and mum saw pickled mangoes. She told us she liked to eat them when she was small.

We walked down the street to a toy shop. But there was not what we wanted there...so we walked on and on some more until we came to the next toy shop. Most of the toys were too expensive and not worth it.

All of us were very hungry by now so we went for lunch. The coffee shop beside the toy shop was closed, so we had to walk all the way back to the other end of the street to eat at the coffee shop there.

After lunch, We walked outside to eat chendol. It was really yummy! Especially when the weather was SO HOT!! =)

October the 8th: Two More Birthdays

And that two birthdays belong to my Ah ma & Grandpa......
October 8th is their birthday. They turn 62 & 69 this year.

On Wednesday Mum and Dad took Grandpa out for dinner to T.G.I.F in Queensbay Mall.
I Enjoyed the food and Dad said I Ate the most.

After Everyone finished dinner, Daddy told a waitress it was Grandpa's Birthday and asked for a birthday cake. (Just without the horrible singing!)
But She said they had too.....And in the end they did! =(
The last time we went there for kong kong's birthday, Ee Ee, Cher Cher & I voted it the most noisy restaurant!

And for Ah ma's Birthday Dinner, It was the 2nd most noisy restaurant. Hard Rock Cafe.

But at least the food was o.k., I had Grilled Chicken & Salad....It didn't turn out what i expected it to be, though. But i Ate some of mu's chicken and Chrisa's Cheese & Mac.
Ee Ee ordered Cheese & Mac too, just that hers was a bit spicy with peppers.

My kids meal set came with a drink. I Choose Vanilla Milkshake....It was yummy!!
When they served Ah ma's Birthday Cake I got to try some and it tasted really yummy. It was a Chocolate fudge. Chocolate fudge with ice cream on top!

After Dinner, We went to look around Hard Rock Hotel. It was so nice!
The swimming pool looked so inviting!! =)
We took lots and lots of pictures!! I Really Enjoyed myself that night!

Today, Cher Cher, Chrisa and I baked cookies....
Chocolate chip cookies. The Chocolate chips were huge!

When it finished baking,we tasted it and it was so sweet(but nice)!!

Sweet Tooth Party

A Sweet Tooth Party....... On the 10th of August, we had some tea with mum.

Mum said we should eat up my left over birthday cake and some of my friends party cupcakes.

I took out four glasses and filled it with purple carrot juice. Cher Cher took some Jelly beans and chocolate out too because mum said we may have a little treat.

I sipped the juice and it was nice and sweet. Then i ate some of the cake. The Cake was so sweet that when i took another sip of juice the juice was tasteless!! Each of us picked out a Jelly bean that we haven't try yet. I closed my eyes and pick my Jelly bean. When i tested it, i knew it was buttered popcorn. it was Delicious!=)

Everyone had a Almond Chocolate. After we finished eating we drank up all of our juice......

After the tea party, I felt like i was going to get a headache!!=) So don't eat too much sweets!!!

The Birthdays

In July, I celebrated 3 birthdays.
Kong Kong's birthday, Ee Ee's birthday, and my friend,Maya's birthday.

KONG KONG'S BIRTHDAY

On the 9th of July, was Kong Kong's birthday and we went for a birthday dinner in "T.G.I.F".
My sisters and I wore pretty dresses to Kong Kong's birthday dinner.

I ordered nachos, Chrisa ordered Chicken and Cher Cher ordered Spaghetti.
We all shared the food. Koo Koo ordered some chicken thingy and gave me some.Ee Ee gave me some cheese and a piece of macaroni cheese. Ah ma didn't like the mashed potatoes, and gave me some.
Mum gave me cheese. And i took some of Ashton's Fish.

By the end of the night I was so full!!!

EE EE'S BIRTHDAY

Ee Ee's birthday was on a Sunday. She took us out for lunch together with Ah ma and KooKoo.
For lunch, we had "Pizza Hut".
Nobody bought a gift for her so she said:"This is the most boring birthday I've ever had!!"

But, at Church in the evening, they got her a chocolate cake.

MAYA'S BIRTHDAY PARTY

Her birthday party was on the Sunday too. But her real birthday is on Tuesday.
On Sunday,Kong Kong took us to the party after church. We went there late.

They were playing a game. We were going to start but Chrisa wanted to go to the toilet so we had to take her. When she was done we went to have dinner. I choose spaghetti.

After the food we went on the house and Maya gave us some stickers and some sweets and chocolate. When we were done, we waited for mum to come to get us. When Dad ans Mum came,Maya's father gave us some of the left over food. It was a lot!!

And when we went home, we found out a flatted cheese cake right at the bottom. and Cher Cher thought it was a Mayonnaise cake!

USM Carnival

DAY ONE:

The Home schoolers were going to the USM carnival and asked mum to take us so mum told us about it and asked us if we wanted to go. I said "Anything". So we decided to go.

The next morning, at 9 am, we left and headed for USM. We found the place quickly and saw the home schoolers gathering around, at the pavement, so mum found a parking lot near where they we standing.

We went up stairs of the museum and walked along the path where they showed us the cave men and how they carved tools and all that. As we walked on, they made things a bit modern every time.

But our favorite station of "upstairs" of the museum, was the rubber and palm tree station. Even Ashton liked it. He liked it because he can press buttons.

The rubber station was where they showed you how they made rubber sap into things that we use now.

We walked on to the space station. Suddenly mum saw a man dress up in black trying to scare people that came to the door. Mum lead us though the door. I was a scared so I closed my eyes.

We all went into a room and if mum payed just RM 1, could play a pilot game. So Chrisa played. She was actually quite good in the game.

We were enjoying looking at Chrisa play wen Cher Cher said"Don't look back Nat!That man is back again!" I didn't dare look back. She said it was the man in black again. Just he dressed up scarier!!!!!

After Chrisa finish the game, we quickly went out. We didn't want to meet the guy again!
We walked on, and went downstairs look at the booths.

Mum bought a Key chain with a Meteorite in side for all of us to share!

DAY TWO:

We went to the USM carnival again the next day cause Chrisa still wanted to do something there.
That day, Kong Kong, Ah ma and Joerel ko ko came too.

First we went to the fish spa. It was really very fun!
After that out feet felt very clean!

We showed Kong Kong and Ah ma what we saw the other day and then Kong Kong, Mum, Chrisa and Joerel ko ko went into the space center. I didn't want to go in anymore!
Cher Cher stayed with me and Ah ma out side.

Then again Cher Cher told me again that there was the man in black again!
I hugged Ah ma to be sure i don't see him. Then chat said there was another one! So Ah ma took me to the side and good thing mum came up and we went home.

Horse show

On the 5th of June there was a horse show and as you should know,My sisters and I LOVE horses... and it was even free. Well only some stuff like pony rides.
So that day, Kong Kong and Ah ma came to fetch us and mum to go to the horse show.

When we first entered the place, we went to see the horses. They were in their sables.There was a lot of people there and even some kindy kids went they. That's why there were so many people there.

We looked at the horses and some posed with us when we took pictures.
And at last I saw a Felabella! (That's a really small pony, usually only up to 9 hh).

The Felabella was black and it had a bushy tail.
One man that was working there was feeding a horse and he said that we could feed if we want,but there was so many kindy kids that we couldn't ever get our turn so we just went to see more of the horses that were in their sables.

After looking at the horses,we went out and there was three ladies singing some songs.

We walked on onto the "Bizzar" zone. There they were selling lots of different goods.
Mum bought some 70% chocolate cos she likes that kind of chocolate. We all like that kind.
There was three boxes so Ah ma took one box.

After looking at the "Bizzar"zone, we went out and Kong Kong bought two cups of milo.
one for Ah ma and the other for Cher Cher, Chrisa and I to share. Mum didn't want any milo.

We drank and walked on to a building and looked at some horse souvenirs and decided to buy three miniature horses badges that only cost $10.oo.

We went back to the "Bizzar"zone and we saw a person that drew portraits for $2.oo per pic and mum said we could do that if we wanted. She said it was worth it to do.

So we quickly lined up. While we lined up, we looked at the drawings that he already drew and looked the drawings that he was doing for the people in front of us.
Cher Cher went first, then chrisa, and the was last me.

After we got our pictures, Kong Kong said that Cher Cher's portrait was not like her because he drew Cher Cher's chin was too pointed. But mine was the most like me.

It was getting really hot and all of us were starting to get hungry. So we started to leave,but before going, mum said we could buy a horse shoe for our horse file. So we went to the stall and got a horse shoe each and quickly left, all with hungry tummies! =)

Happy 11th Birthday To My Beloved Sister, Ashlynn!

Well, as you can see, what I want to say is Happy 11th birthday to my sister, Ashlynn.

Her birthday was a very wonderful time with even 3 birthday cakes in a day!!!

Her first was a cake from us (actually, it was a pancake covered with chocolate frosting,M&M's for a "A" in the middle.Also some chocolate mix rice for borders and some slice kiwi all around the pancake. I though it was very sweet looking and when she tasted it she did say it was........

VERY VERY SWEET. And after the whole pancake she had to drink a cup of chamomile tea before she could wash the sweetness away!

Now I should tell you all about the other two cakes. They were very yummy too! (of course.)

Well her second cake was from Ah ma and Kong Kong. It was a small cheese cake with a layer of chocolate in the middle. Around the bottom of the cake was a piece of biscuit. On the top they placed two triangle pieces of white chocolate and a strawberry in a middle in the center of the white chocolate. She left it in the fridge and ate that for dessert after dinner.

But for lunch, the 3rd cake, was at "ELMONDO'S" pizza and pasta shop. It was at the first floor of "e- GATE", downstairs of our Church where dad works everyday. So we went to "ELMONDO'S" pizza and pasta shop so it was easy for dad. Went were seated near the door so dad could see us easily. Dad quickly ordered five pizza's and mum ordered two pasta's and they took quite long but it was worth it anyway because we were all hungry. Dad asked if they had a birthday package.They didn't. But the boss was kind and said he would give us something.

So after I ate 4 pieces of pizza and half a plate of each pasta, they severed Cher Cher a small Tiramisu cake. It looked very yummy and it was cause CherCher let me taste some but too bad for her, we had dance class so koo koo ate up the rest of the cake!

When we reached dance class, my friend said that Cher Cher was famous cause almost everyone made a card for her and wished her Happy Birthday! It was truly quite amazing!=)

At night when we were going to sleep Cher Cher opened her presents.
Ah ma,me& Chrisa shared a present and kong kong got an extra one. We put it in a big box that she liked and wrapped it in hankies.

The 3 hankies were 1:pink coloured one that we put over kong kong's present cause the box was pink. 2nd: blue coloured hankie that we tugged at the side of the box to make it compack.
3rd: white hankie with lots of colourful flowers( i think) and two teddy bears in the middle hugging each other.

Ah ma', Chrisa's and mine was a book from "Broders" called "shimmer".
Kong Kong's gift was called "20,000 Dreams" also from "Broders"

Well, I have to go so Happy 11th Birthday Chat!!=)

Ah ma and Kong Kong's anniversary was on the 24th of may.
That was a Sunday and we didn't get to celebrate so on Wednesday(27 may.)
We went to "Chili's" to eat dinner.

It was a nice celebration!! And i really enjoyed it!!

Moving On To Another Grade!!

Yesterday, at 10:55 am was my grade two ballet exam.
I woke up at 8:30(i think) to get ready for my exam.
I was very excited!

When we reached there,we got ready our stuff like a character skirt and character shoes. Dad read a story to us then prayed with us.

After that we had to line up to go in the room for our exam.
In the room we said good morning to the examiner and pianist.

And we started.

On the way i did a little mistake but it didn't matter.
Most of all...I ENJOYED IT!! =) =)

Going To The Musuem

Today mum took us to the museum.
we walked around to take notes and mum would read to us.

That day was so hot.
When we were upstairs, we looked at some pictures in a hall.
They were very nice paintings.

On our way down we met mum's friend.
mum said they were working together.

they were old friends.
After some talking, he treated us a box drink each.

that was very kind of him.
We went out to go to our car.

In the car we ate some "jambu and papaya".
Those were very sweet.

We reached home.
We had a fun day!

Pottery With Aunty Joyce

Today Aunty Joyce came and we did pottery together.
It was a fun time together but it was also hard work.

All the clay got on........EVERYWHERE!!!
But we covered Aunty Joyce's leg because she hurt her leg on the motorcycle.

Everyone got a turn to try to do a clay pot, but no one got one right.
All of our "pots" turned out to be just a lump of silly shaped clay.

Only Cher Cher's 1st clay pot at least looked like a hat(upside down).
We had fun together and i wonder what we are going to do next......

What a Breakfast!!

Morning!!!

Ee ee woke me up and i could smell Kong Kong's cooking from the kitchens.
It smelled good.

And it was good.
Ee ee and Koo Koo were going out for prayer. So me and Ahma had breakfast together.
Kong Kong made some sandwiches and Milo.

After the sandwiches i was so full.
And i would call that sandwich a very big sandwich.
And i named it .........

TRIPLE DECKER CHEESE, EGG AND HAM SANDWICH!!!!!!!!

Work at Gateway City Church

Today, we went to church to do work to accompany ee ee.
we did math English there. After that i did some drawing for the "baby project".
Mum said she would take Cher Cher for a date together for awhile,so chrisa, Ashton and i went to stay with Ah ma for the day.

When we were there, i played some music and danced for a while.
Then i took care of Ashton and Ahma told us a story about when i(nat) was born.
It was a nice story.

After the story, i went to make ee ee a cup of milo and did some research on babies.
i enjoyed my day and i hope Cher Cher and mum enjoyed their day.=)

Paintball!!!!!

Today the 4th of April.
Dad were taking us to see ee ee and koo koo and other people playing paintball.
I woke up and ate breakfast with mum and Chrisa. We had garlic bread with tomato soup and Milo.

When Cher Cher and Dad woke up they too ate breakfast and went to have a bath.
I didn't take a bath because i had to take care of Ashton for a while while mum hanged up the clothes.

It was fun taking care of him. After Dad came out, i left Ashton with him and went take a bath.

It was already 9:10 went we went out.
We reached about 10 something.

They have already started playing the paintball.
the balls (bullets) were green and some had green paint, and some were yellow.
it was very fun to see them play.

Only one thing i didn't like.................. THE MUD!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Day Ee Ee Came To Stay

On Saturday,28 of march,Ee Ee came to stay.


She was staying because Dad was in Korea playing floorball.



That day,we went to the park and we draw pictures of each other.


"Mum, draw me". I said. So she draw me lying down on the picnic mat.

I was a very nice picture.

At night, we off the lights for "earth hour" but we watched a movie.
We watched "High School Musical 3".
Mum didn't see it before so ee ee said we could.

After that we had a fun tie talking and then all of sleeped.

Going To The Play Zone Again

Today at 11:30 am,we were going to the play zone.
We went there to play with our home schooling friends.
It was always very fun.

We love to play lots of running games like: freeze tag(ice man),tag, and stuck in the mud.
They are very fun to play just that Cher Cher doesn't really like to run.

But i like to. After we went, we ate lunch at a pasta shop"pastamania".
We called a pizza but it was shaped like a giant curry puff.

It was very yummy!
I loved it.

We went back home to do our work and i really enjoyed my day!!!!

Surpise Party

My dad's birthday is on the 24th of march but he's going somewhere and so we can't celebrate his birthday on that day. So we planed a surprise Party at a Friends house.

He got a cheese cake with some white chocolate on top. Together with some pizza and fruits.
We got some juices and bread pudding (with apples and raisins inside).

Swiming At Last!

For a very long time i have not been Swimming and i kinda forgot how to swim properly...
Yesterday, Dad took us swimming and showed me how to do it again. It was very fun and even Ashton(my baby brother who is 10 months old)came in.

we swam for about.....1 or 2 hour(i think!).

And we had a "who can sit on the swimming pool floor the longest" race.
That was very fun but ee ee didn't even sit on the floor.

After we swam, I had a nice sizzling noodles with chicken and vege!! YUM YUM!!!
I was very hungry and ate the whole plate(it was a big one!).

I had lots of fun and I hope to go swimming again.

International Women's Day Performance

We are going to perform for the"International Women's Day" in USM.

We danced to a choir of USM students singing "The Riddle".
It was a nice song,a sweet nice song.

At 8:30 in the morning, 10th of march,our dance teacher came to fetch us to USM for the performance.

The performance was at 10am.
We practiced in an open space outside.

When 10 am came, we performed in to the sweet song.
After the performance, they gave us a rose each to thank us for dancing.

Thank You God For Healing Me

One week before we went to Cameron Highlands, I fell sick and i had fever and and i had ulcers in my throat.
It was very painful but at least after awhile, my fever went a way. I couldn't eat any thing except for "mee sua".

One thing nice was dad got me some ice cream (cause it was cold and wouldn't hurt my throat).
After a few days it started to heal but it was still very painful.

At last I prayed and prayed and prayed.
The next day it was healed, just for two ulcers on my tongue.

I was very glad and thanked God for healing me.
And on the day for going to Cameron Highlands, I was fit to go... and happy,happy,happy!!!

Cameron Highlands

Today is the day!

The day to go to Cameron Highlands I said when I woke up.
It was "March the 2nd" and I was very exited...

I quickly took my bag downstairs and drank a cup of hot Milo.
At 8 am my"Ah ma, Kong Kong,Koo Koo and Ee Ee"came to my house.
They were going to go too.

We got into the van and stared our way.
At lunchtime we stop ed at"Ipoh" to have lunch.
I had claypotnoodles. It was very yummy(also because i was very hungry).

In an hour plus, we reached Cameron Highlands.
The cool air was sooo nice!!
We got to the hotel and I had no bed, so we got two cushions and I sleeped there for four nights.
It was very comfy,comfier than the bed!!

On the 1st day we went to the market, the strawberry farm.

On the 2nd day we had to go to the rose garden, ate more strawberries and go to the "boh" plantation( Ee Ee liked tea very much), the "big red stawberry farm.

The 3rd day we went to eat more stawberries, to another 'boh" plantation, the bee farm,and the cameron vally tea plantation.

The last day we went back to the "big red stawberry farmt to buy vegetables.
We also went to the T-cafe, we drove to the rose garden to take some flowers back cause the gardener was kind and gave us some.

After that we headed for home.
That was the endof the holiday.

We got home at about 8:30pm and went to "happy cafe" to eat dinner.
I was sleepy when we got home, but i really enjoyed the cameron highlands trip(and dinner too!)
=)

Pasta Paintings

Saturday is a free day and so mum gave us some pasta, spaghetti and old popcorn(ones that wouldn't pop at all). I draw a flower for Chrisa.

Mine said "baby EATS PASTA"!!!
I quickly filled my paper up.
I filled "baby" with the old popcorn.
Then the "EATS" with pasta and last but not least I filled the word"pasta" with lots of old popcorn.


Cher Cher wrote baby food on hers and filled her s with pasta and popcorn.
Hers took the longers because she had such big letters!!!

I washed my hands and went to the table for a tasty meal of soup!

Mini Meringue's -TOO Sweet!!!-

A few weeks ago, My sister and I tried making some Mini Meringue Nest.
We got everything we needed and started.
We cracked some eggs into a blow and started to beat the eggs.

We did it for a long time.Taking turns to beat the eggs while watching a movie called"Tinker Bell". We had to beat the eggs until it was so thick that it would stand when you lifted it.

But when we added the sugar it became soft again. So Cher Cher tried to fry the eggs(with 100g of sugar in it). But we just ended up with a blob of fried TOO sweet meringue.

But remember, if you ever try making it...
never give up cause one day you'll get!=)

Hurray For Hotdogs And Egg banjo!! (Lunch)

Today, is cleaning day and it's not very fun.
So my Sister and I turned the cleaning into a play.
We pretended that a windstorm came in.

So we had to clear up the mess.
After that I quickly did my work, and by that time I was feeling rather hungry...

So I went down stairs and Chrisa told me I had to teach her math and babysit Ashton.
I went into the kitchen hoping mum was cooking lunch...And she was!!

What was a relief. I took Ashton out of her arms and took him out to the living room.
I told Chrisa how to do her math.

Mum served the food.
Hotdogs and Egg banjo!(Egg banjo for Cher Cher because she could not eat Hotdogs).

YUMMY!!!=)

Play Time!!

When my friends came, we watch a movie.
Well just half then we had to go to "Mc Donanlds" to have lunch.

We came back and said that we won't play the movie anymore.
So we played "Ninja's" for awhile.

Then "Cheerleading" and "Princesses".

One of the parts of the fun was we played like we were filming a movie.
Esther keeped saying - Action and Cut!-

We had lots of fun and always hoped that the day would never end.
But, of corse we would see each other again! =) =)

At Last

I've been waiting and now, at last.

Waiting for what??
Well to see my friends that just came back from Australia.
We've been friends since we join and come out of RGBC.

We even went to Australia last last year.
That was very fun!

And today was the day that they were coming to see us!!=)

And I really wonder what we're going to do??!

Chinese New Year....

Chinese New Year is a very hot season for us in Penang.
At the first day of Chinese new year, we visited Grandpa's side first.

then on the second day we went to Ipoh to visit our ee poh's( Grandma Susan's sisters).
We had a nap because we were so tired.

Later we had a dinner. a very big one.
the whole table was filled with lots and lots of food!!!

We drove home and on the way watched " Kong Fu Panda" on dad's computer.
But we ran out of batteries at the last part of the show.

We reached home at elven p.m.
Every one was so tired mum wished she could just lay down on the bed and sleep...........

25th Of Jan 2009

Today I woke up and had breakfast with mum.
We had potatoe bread and Ashton had some too!!
I carried Ashton and danced to music that was playing on the player.

We came up and did devotion on "Gems for the heart"(mum's devotional).
Dad came back from doing church work and headed out to buy lunch for everyone.
later we are going to church to have a short Chinese New Year service.

But I'm only excited for one thing....
Meeting my old friends coming from Australia!!=)

Youth Park

The next day after visiting Metropoliten Park We went to Youth Park.
We met dad there because he was doing team building class.
Well but too bad one of my best things in the park was spoilt.
What you had to do on that thing was you had to climb a rope then jump down on a cushion.

After a while, we went to a cafe and had tea.
Mum had milo, Cher Cher had a mango ice cream.
Chrisa had chocolate with some purple thing. And I had mango yogurt drink.
It was very yummy.

We went back to the play ground and played a bit more.
Then mum went back to the car to get our lunch.
Egg and cheese sandwiches .
Dad was going to stay to teach so we went back to ah ma's house.

Metropolitan Park

I woke up early and walked over to mum's room.
Ashton was already awake. And of course, fussing, wanting to be carried.
Mum was sleepy because of taking care of him for the whole night.
So I picked him up and started to walk around the room.


After he was quieten down, I put him down so mum could feed him ad I could have a bath.
We went down to have breakfast together. I was half way eating my bread when mum said,
"I would gladly take you to Metropolitan Park but your two sisters are still sleeping".

I wanted to go, so mum woke them up while I changed Ashton's diaper.
We got to the park and there was no one there.
So we got the whole park to ourselves!

We played games like : ninja girls (Chrisa made that up), crossing over the crocodile river.
We even played with Ashton. We pushed him on the swings and let him slide.
But I think he liked touching the grass most.

The day was very fun and we were very sweaty indeed.

A Ducky Lunch

This week is a season of cooking for me. This is one of them.

Mum said we were going to have a simple lunch. Mashed potato's ducks! Fun to make and fun to eat.

First, I made "Duckling Nat". Then I made three other ducks.

The biggest,(Mum, who was lying down on a broccoli pillow resting).

The second, "Duckling Ash"(swimming with me).

And the third duckling"Chrisa"always messy and doing something.

I made a small island for their nest . And of course with Duckling Ashton on it.

I put broccoli as weeds around and gravy for mud.

I really like cooking my own meals.

Ballet With Chrisa

Ever since Cher Cher and I started ballet, Chrisa wanted to go too.
Well , just one problem....She was too small.
Now we are in grade two already.

So, here's how it happen.
Since we are in grade two, we have music for grade one.
Chrisa wore my old pink leotard. And skirt. And socks.And every thing you could need.
She took it!!

First, I taught her the warm up. Then Cher Cher taught her excercises.
I was happy to see her also happy and at last seeing her dance some ballet.

Chrisa's Christmas Combo

For Christmas , Peggen Cher Cher got chrisa a new beach set.
From then onwards, chrisa has been begging someone to take her to the beach.
So Peggen Cher Cher said she would take her.

After floorball class Peggen Cher Cher came to fetch us. Just then it started to rain,
so we couldn't go. Instead we had to go to Queensbay mall.

After some time after that, she said she would take us again.
Chrisa was trilled to go, hoping that it wouldn't rain.

We prayed. And it didn't rain!! we went and have lots of fun.

Green trees sway, and waters rush by.
Squint my eyes when the sunlight shines.

Close my eyes and feel the breeze.
Sniff the air o dear i sneeze!!

Busy ants scurry by.in the air were dragonflies.

Monkeys jump from tree to tree.
Oh my, Look out! Thier after me!!

Eye Cheak

Every time I watch TV, I tend to slant on one one side.
When I was seven my mum said she would take me to check my eye.
But she didn't.

So this after noon, she took me. I felt nervers and excited at the same time.
When I went in the room it was fine everything went well.

And the good news was.. I was fine!!

Mega Kiddies World Center

Today the homeschooling group went to the Mega Kiddies World Center.
We played lots of games and we had lots of fun.

We played games like: Tag, ice man and pancake.
we were tied when we got home but it was worth it!!

When we were gong to go home, mum said I shouldn't cut my wristband because just in case we could come again at night. Mum told us we spent five hours in the play place!

We went home and took a nap. After my nap, we ate dinner at Ah ma's house.
I really enjoyed my day.

Art work Again!

Yesterday, Cher Cher, chrisa and I did some pretty fairy art work.

It was fun doing art work because we haven't been doing stuff like that for a long time.

At first,Chrisa and I wanted to do some baking but mum didn't have the ingredients .

when mum first said we were going to do fairy art work. I think it's a bad idea, I said to mum. I was wrong . It was wonderful!!



I did a fairy that had a yellow dress and wings. My yellow dress had pink and blue hearts.

My fairy had a colourful hat and little braids.



I loved my art work.
